Protecting the minds of our diamonds.

A mental health charity dedicated to ending the stigma and building bridges across communities.

It's OK to not be OK

'Heera' in Punjabi means 'Diamond'; we are all unique, precious and valued like diamonds.

Together we can unmask vulnerabilities, spread awareness and create conversations around mental health and its impacts.

Narrowing the gap

We seek to improve the accessibility to psychological support and education whilst reducing the disparities between the two.

We work across communities to inspire conversations about mental health and mindfulness, and connect to local organisations.

Founded in 2018

Since starting our mission in 2018, we quickly connected with local communities and organisations across the West Midlands.

We have hosted digital events reaching an international audience and in-person events that bring the community, professionals and organisations together, opening up discussions about mental health.
